We want your journey with Talgarth Taxi to be as comfortable and straightforward as possible. While we are a small, local service with specific vehicle limitations, we always do our best to assist passengers who need extra support.

Vehicle Access and Assistance

Assistance we can usually provide:

• Helping with small bags and luggage
• Allowing extra time for getting in and out of the vehicle
• Stopping as close as safely possible to doors and entrances

Luggage and Walking Support

If you are walking in the Brecon Beacons or hills of Wales or moving between accommodations, our luggage transfer service can make your journey easier.

We can move your bags between agreed locations so you can walk with just a daypack, reducing strain and making routes more accessible for some travellers.

Communication

If you have hearing, vision or communication difficulties, please let us know how we can best communicate with you when you book.

We’re happy to speak clearly, repeat information and confirm key details in writing by text or email where helpful.
